​Founded in 1989, Prime CHD is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing supportive housing services (i.e., Resident Services) that are meaningful and measurable, while also developing and rehabilitating quality multi-family affordable housing for individuals and families living on modest means. Through grants, donations, third-party resident service contracts, and trusted partnerships with developers, we create stronger rental communities and improve residents’ quality of life.
