The Coile: officially coming soon!

Last week, we celebrated the groundbreaking of The Coile, our newest affordable housing community that will soon welcome families in Newport News, VA.

The Coile will bring 62 brand-new two- and three-bedroom units, serving households between 30% and 70% of AMI. These units will form an integrated community in the heart of downtown Newport News, complemented by resident services that will help families remain stable, connected, and thriving.
