Prime CHD’s First Annual Golf Tournament: A Hole-in-One for Our Communities

Prime CHD’s first annual golf tournament was a hole-in-one!

This September, supporters of Prime CHD came together for a day of friendly competition, connection, and community—all while making a meaningful difference for the residents we serve.

The tournament raised an incredible $85,000 for Prime CHD’s Resident Services programs.

There were plenty of great putts, laughs, and conversations, but the biggest win was knowing that every dollar raised will help strengthen the communities we serve.

Golfing for Good

The success of this tournament reminds us what can happen when people come together to support people and communities.

From the first tee to the final putt, 70 attendees and our 15 incredible sponsors helped contribute to something bigger than the game. We are proud to be part of a community that believes that housing is a bridge to connection, empowerment, and community.

The $85,000 raised will help Prime CHD provide meaningful Resident Services that strengthen connections, create opportunities, and support residents as they work toward their goals.

Investing in People and Communities

At Prime CHD, we believe that affordable housing is about more than just a roof over someone’s head. A stable home can be the foundation for opportunity, connection, and a brighter future.

That’s why our Resident Services team works alongside residents to help them build on their strengths, connect with resources, and pursue the goals they set for themselves. Through partnerships and programs focused on health and wellness, resident engagement, youth development, and economic stability, we help residents access the tools and support they need to thrive.

Today, our Resident Services programs reach more than 50 communities and 3,000 residents. Our team meets residents where they are, listens to what matters to them, and works alongside them to turn goals into action.

We are incredibly grateful to our presenting sponsors, Morgan-Keller and TM Associates, as well as all of our sponsors, partners, players, donors, and the Blue Mash team, for making the golf tournament such a success
