Prime CHD Achieves CORES Certification for Excellence in Resident Services

Prime CHD is proud to announce that it has officially become a Certified Organization for Resident Engagement & Services (CORES)!

The CORES national designation is awarded to organizations that demonstrate a robust commitment, capacity, and competency in delivering resident services coordination in affordable rental housing. The certification is inclusive of family, senior, and supportive housing communities, and sets a high standard for how resident services are designed, implemented, and evaluated.

Prime CHD earned this certification under the Third-Party Resident Services model, receiving a score of 58 out of 60 available points. This near-perfect score reflects the depth of Prime CHD’s programming, the effectiveness of its systems, and the expertise of its staff in delivering consistent, resident-centered services across its portfolio.

Achieving CORES Certification further positions Prime CHD as a trusted provider of resident services and reinforces its commitment to delivering high-quality support in affordable housing communities.
