Happy Valen-Prime's Day!

Feelings of friendship abound this month at Prime properties as our fantastic resident service coordinators help residents celebrate the season of love!

Rebecca - Maryland Scattered Sites

Smiles were in no short supply at Samuel Chase, Somerset Village, or Meadow Grove! Rebecca's residents flexed their creative muscles to bring to life a treasure trove of special, handmade Valentines while having tasty snacks and cheerful conversations.

Whitney - Parkway Village

Whitney reports, "FSS participants at Parkway Village came together to enjoy an evening of Valentine's Day crafting! The children got to create their own 'I Love You To Pieces' Valentine's Day card, enjoy snacks, and take home their own Valentine's Day treat bags! The parents got to choose items for themselves at the free give-a-way table! This was such a fun evening to share and enjoy each others' company."

Lucia - Ashburn Chase

Lucia shares, "On Saturday, February 7th, Ashburn Chase successfully hosted a Community Galentine’s Day celebration that brought residents of all ages together for an afternoon of connection, creativity, and joy. Participants included women, men, and children, creating a warm and inclusive environment.

Residents enjoyed a pampering experience and brunch catered by Cracker Barrel Old Country Store. Children also enjoyed the meal and had playtime with one another, encouraging socialization and fun.

This event was made possible through a partnership with a local candle maker (Loudoun Wicks Candles) and our very own resident Devon (Mary Kay business owner and school teacher) who generously volunteered their time and expertise to teach residents how to make candles and practice self-love daily. For many participants, this was their first candle-making experience, and the hands-on activity sparked creativity, engagement, and meaningful bonding among families.

Due to the overwhelmingly positive feedback, participants requested a repeat of the event for Mother’s Day, sharing how much they enjoyed the interactive activities and quality time spent with loved ones."
